Tap Maestro · How It Works

From Physical Contact to Executive Visibility.

Five steps. No assumptions. No workarounds. Every Tap Maestro deployment rests on the same operational spine.

  1. 01

    Bind hardware to asset profile

Each SEKUREX Core NFC card or sticker is paired with a Tap Maestro asset profile. Cryptographic UID + SUN authentication ensures the tag cannot be substituted.

  2. 02

    Mandatory close-proximity tap

Inspections cannot be initiated remotely. Operators must execute a physical NFC tap on the bound asset before the inspection form unlocks.

  3. 03

GPS lock at the moment of contact

The tap event captures the operator’s exact coordinates at the instant of physical contact and embeds them into the audit record.

  4. 04

    Quick-fill mobile form

The form is purpose-built for the asset. Required fields are minimal; pre-filled context surfaces where it should; submission is one tap away.

  5. 05

    Real-time command dashboard

Every submission surfaces instantly to a leadership-facing dashboard. Discrepancies are visible the moment they occur — not after the next audit.
